The Stalybridge Handmade Market will return this Saturday 21st March to
it's home at Stalybridge Civic Hall.

There will be over 50 makers and food producers selling their handmade
creations at the market which will be open from 10am until 4pm and there
will be refreshments, kids craft activities and live music from Colette
Todd.  Admission into the market is just 50p, free for under 12's, and the
money raised will be donated to this year's nominated charity Willow Wood
Hospice.  Volunteers from the charity will be on the doors taking the
admission, selling lottery tickets and their newly formed
crafter's group will also be selling handmade items.

Katherine Brookes, the owner of MWL Events told us "we have a requested
approval to hold 9 handmade markets in Stalybridge this year but we
currently only have approval to run 4 markets due to the potential
introduction of a Market Policy by TMBC.  We are hoping to announce further
dates soon".
