Tameside’s first trampoline park will open its doors this Saturday (Nov 19) with a special visit from Coronation Street’s Samia Ghadie.
The actress, who plays Maria Connor in the soap, will visit Total Adrenaline, in Manley Grove, Mottram, with her husband dancing on Ice star Sylvain Longchambon and their two children.
They’ll be among many families to enjoy the attraction, which promises fun for all ages with three exciting zones to choose from: Trampoline, Laser Zone and iPlay. It also offers parties and an onsite café run by Obson & Co, who were involved with the nutrition for the Paralympic swimming team.
Total Adenaline is part of the £20m investment from Tameside Council and Active Tameside into getting the borough more physically active. The investment will also see a new 25m pool opened at Active Hyde, 24/7 gym iTrain to open in January and a new wellness centre built in Denton.
Tameside Council Executive Member Cllr Ged Cooney, who is responsible for health and leisure, said: “Tameside is really beginning to stand out for its first class leisure attractions. We want to support local people and families in keeping as active and healthy as possible and Total Adrenaline will bring even more exciting activities and options to help them.”
