Hyde Curry chef recognised in national curry award ceremony

Head chef at Adnan's Indian Restaurant in Hyde, Mohammad Mohi Uddin (pictured above with the winners) was one of 33 chefs to be recognised for their outstanding cuisine at the 2014 Curry Life Curry Chef of the year awards ceremony at the Lancaster Hotel in London.

Mr. Uddin said " this is a great vote of confidence for me and my team who work so hard at Adnans, it inspires us to keep improving".

Editor of curry life magazine Syed Belal Ahmed, praised the chefs for their efforts and their contribution to an industry worth over £4.2bn a year to the UK economy. 

He said " it's a great way to recognise and celebrate the talents of the curry industry and events like this illustrate the love we have as a nation for curry".
