Tameside Council have agreed to carry on the public health services commisioning function for Glossop residents for another year after the approval of Derbyshire County Council's cabinet. Tameside will continue working with Derbyshire County Council to enable Glossop residents to continue to receive a high standard of public health services.
They will include breastfeeding support,weight management programmes,health checks for people aged 40 to 74 ,stop smoking services, sexual health, substance abuse and the prevention of falls in older people.
