The annual pet service is now in it's 46th year at St.Peter's church in Ashton-under-Lyne. This year there were dogs, hamsters, tortoises and geckos and lots of unusual animals.
The Reverend Farnworth who conducted the service said "it's become a bit of an institution round here."There was singing and acting at the service aswell as a visit from Noah and his ark. The Reverend Farnworth gave a special blessing for all the animals in attendance at the end of the service.
