Tameside Council chiefs are already looking forward to next years Christmas Market after this years event proved such a hit with shoppers and traders.
Deputy Council Leader John Taylor said "we have received a fantastic feedback from visitors to the market and businesses have seen a big increase in trade". He added "we want this to become an annual event for Tameside and we will be reviewing all the feedback to help us make plans for the next time".
