Tameside football round up November 23rd

A bad day of results for Tameside's football teams with Hyde, Stalybridge(pictured above), Droylsden and Mossley all losing with Curzon the only team who recorded a victory.

Hyde FC were denied their first win win of the season as visitors Alfreton came from behind to take all three points. Scott Spencer found the bottom corner from 12 yards out to put the Tigers ahead but Allfreton scored twice in the last 15 minutes to take the points. Hyde  have only 3 points at the foot of the Skrill Premier.

Stalybridge lost 2-1 at Bower Fold to Worcester City ending their recent winning run at home in the Skrill North.

Droylsden lost away 3-0 to Worksop Town to continue their dismal run in the Evostick Premier.

In the Evostick North Curzon Ashton beat Kendal Town 3-1 at the Tameside Stadium scoring 3 goals in 3 minutes. Mossley went down 3-2 away at Warrington Town.
