Tameside football round up Decemeber 14th

With Hyde FC and Ashton United not playing this weekend it was up to the rest of Tameside's teams to fly the flag.

Stalybridge Celtic went down 4-1 away at Hednesford in the Skrill North (pictured above) , Phil marsh scoring for Celtic.

In the Evostick Premier Droylsden went down 5-2 to Whitby in a thrilling game on the Yorkshire Coast Domane Rouse and Ricardo Brandon scoring for the Bloods.

Curzon Ashton closed the gap on leaders Warrington in the Evostick Premier League one winning 3-2 away at Prescott Cables, Curzon's goals came from Matty Warburton who scored twice and Ryan Brooke. In the same division Mossley went down 1-0 to Padiham at a windy Seel Park.
