The Tameside Cricket Development Group aims to develop cricket throughout Tameside at all levels with the help of senior representatives of all of Tameside’s cricket clubs
They work with the local cricket community, National Sporting Bodies, including both Lancashire Cricket Club, and the Cheshire cricket board. The group has a special focus at helping in youngsters ;
TCDG run three age group District squads as well as connecting with the senior sides. Many leading players have gone on to represent Lancashire CCC
