The hunt is on in Tameside for a missing millionaire who only has three weeks left to claim their bumper prize.

National Lottery bosses sent out a special gold Aston Martin onto the streets of Tameside as part of their attempts to jog someone’s memory and locate the mystery winner.

The specially designed, one off Aston Martin is searching for 6 National Lottery millionaires. The striking car is encouraging players to check their tickets to see if they are one of their missing £1M winners.

A  winning ticket for the National Lottery’s Millionaire Raffle on Saturday, October 10, remains at large.

And the holder - who bought it in Tameside and is in line to bank a life-changing seven-figure sum - only has until April 7 to come forward and bag the booty.

Each Lotto line played automatically generates a special Lotto Millionaire Raffle code.

The winning code on the Tameside ticket is ‘LIME 4363 5202’.

A spokesman for the National Lottery said: “This amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody’s life.

“Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa – someone out there is literally sitting on a fortune!

“We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their winnings.”
