Tameside RSPCA are looking for a forever home for 6 years old Clarence pictured above. For those of you of a certain age will remember Clarence the cross eyed Lion.   Clarence is sometimes cross eyed but it does not stop him from doing anything. This young man has always lived as an outside dog which is not what we are looking for him now. They have found him to be perfectly clean in his kennel and we think that it is now time he found a lovely fire to curl up infront of.  He does not react to other dogs when they bark at him and just loves being with people.

For Further details contact Tameside and Glossop Rspca

Tel: 07954 122 481

Email:  office@rspca-tameside-glossop.org.uk

Remember to include your name, contact details and name of the dog you are interested in.

The branch will not rehome RSPCA dogs as guard dogs, thieves these days won’t hesitate to hurt a dog, please get a good burglar alarm instead.

Also, they will not allow our dogs to go to homes where they will live outside, as there is nothing so upsetting than to see a dog without human interaction, spending their days on the end of a chain or in a lonely kennel.

Unfortunately the branch cannot accept Staffordshire Bull terriers and their crosses directly from members of the public, only via RSPCA inspectors.
