The team at Guide Bridge Theatre don't let the the grass grow under their feet. The set for 'Where is the life?' is already taking shape as quickly as the play itself.

This black comedy tells the story of Kelly, a new care assistant who lands a job at The Beeches, a retirement home for 'gentlemen, formerly of the stage.' She arrives with no real family of her own, but learns some hard lessons as she shares the lives, loves and losses of the residents.

Kelly may have years of her life left, but she gives them a precious gift, by adding life to their remaining years.
A cast of ten bring this brand new play to life, directed by the writer Martin Roche who is delighted that Guide Bridge Theatre have chosen to premiere it.

The script contains a number of quotes from Shakespeare plays in it. But will you be able to figure out how many?
As you watch the play, count up how many you hear and locate the writer Martin Roche when you come and see the play and if you are the first one to tell him the correct answer then you will win a prize.

" Where there is life " opens on Monday 29th June and runs through to Saturday 4th July 2015, it starts at 7.45 pm each day.
