Active Tameside aim to turn the population of Tameside active with a free health and fitness weekend for all.
Four times a year the health and fitness providers across Tameside previously known as Tameside Sports Trust deliver a huge programme of activity packed with group exercise fitness classes, swimming activities, fun pool sessions, children’s sport sessions, healthy cooking, free personal training, plus much more. The two day long programme of health and fitness will takes place at eight Active clubs across Tameside.
